Yes, we have a one dozen order minimum (which includes 12 cookies).

At this time, we are only able to ship within NY state due to Home Processing Regulations.

Yes, cookies can be delivered within the NYC area upon request for an additional $15 fee. Deliveries will be on Tuesday-Friday.

We are able to offer gluten free and dairy free cookies for an additional $7 charge. However, we are unable to offer vegan cookies at this time.

All payments are made through Stripe. Once you respond to the initial order review email, you will receive an invoice from Stripe, where you can pay with credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay. In order to confirm your order, we ask that payments are made in full a week before the order due date. If payment is not received, we will open your delivery date to another customer.

Once you pay the invoice, you are confirmed for the order and placed on our calendar.

If time allows, we do offer rush orders for an additional 25% of the order cost. An order is considered a rush order if it is placed within 7 days of the order due date.

We understand things come up. However, once payment is placed we are unable to refund the order. If you wish, we can reschedule your order for another date.

All orders can be picked up Tuesday-Friday between 10am-7pm.

The pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
